Early pregnancy? Etopic? Miscarriage?

Hi Mummies, I am looking for your opinions regarding my situation. I am feeling confused and scared. I am tested positive 14 Apr. Later that night I had brown discharge. Halfway through my sleep, I had cramps till the next morning. When I woke up to check I was already bleeding almost like menstrual period. Visited the gynae for transvaginal scan but did not see anything inside my womb. My LMP was on 12 Mar. Was advise to go to kkh to do hcg blood test and incase of etopic pregnancy the hospital will be able to take care of me. So far I havent experience any sharp pain, vomitting or dizziness. However I am still bleeding along with some blood clots. Have I lost my baby?

I had a v scan at my gynae there because i had a tear but was still hving brown blood. Got worried. but the night i had the v scan i had a huge blood clot which was palm sized and me being worried went to nuh ane. Was told its normal n they did another v scan n told me its ok n my baby is still there. Hope everyting is ok for u.....

Difficult to say. I had bleeding which soaked my pad and the toilet bowl for 2 weeks. Went to NUH and KKH A&E for 3 times and I always get the dame answer. Can't see anything via vaginal scan and it was a miscarriage. Schedule for a D&C but the day before the surgery the tissue or sac came out on it's own.

No, they did a vaginal scan on me those 3 times and the 3rd time they sent me to do a thorough check. That's when the sonographer said she can't see anything but debris 😞
