Hello mummies I have a question I thaw 20packey of breastmilk a day before for milk bath however i totally forgotten about it and have left it in a basket for nearly a week isit still safe to shower the kids? Thanks in advance!

Hi, for me, personally, I will throw it away as breastmilk is supposed to be kept in fridge to remain its "freshness". If it is left outside for a week, I wouldnt risk it to bathe the kids. I know it is painful to throw away but it is better than them having (might) rashes and need to seek medical attention.
