Diaper Leakage

Hi Mummies, I have been experiencing diaper leakage at the waist area for my little one. Do anyone have the same problem as me? I have ensured that the inner flaps are out and the diaper is not loose. I have no idea what could the issue be. Even when her diaper is not full, sometimes there will still be leakage.. So my little one always have 4-5 outfit change in a day. 😅 Hope that i can fix this issue soon! Thank you!
