Stretching too much while sleeping during pregnancy

Hi mummies,16 weeks pregnant here. I tend to stretch a lot while sleeping. Sometimes i dont realise im doing it. Will it harm the baby?

Not at all. No harm in doing body stretches while sleeping. As long as you are comfortable with the sleeping position after that.
