pregnant with twins

Any mummies here with twins and in third trimester? I feel like I'm going insane. Having a hard time trying to sleep at night. My bladder seems to be full and I keep going to the toilet but it's like only few drips. And it only happens at night whenever I wanna sleep. Dont tink its UTI cos I dont feel pain when I urine. Been trying to sleep for hours but everytime I wanna fall asleep, I got the urge to urine. And end up, I need to wake up to go washroom. It's been almost a week! Sleep deprived! Emo! Going insane. Any ways to methods I can try to get myself to sleep better? Dunno how to survive the rest of the few months before EDD.
