30wks Pregnant

Hi mummies. While showering I found a extra piece of meat in my ‘v’ .. it’s quite big but not painful. Only find out today.. can a extra meat just appear out of no where?! *Didn’t do since second trimester, so I doubt that’s the cause of it*
