Preadmisison @ KKH which week

Hi mummies, at which week will i need to do preadmission & booking of hospital ward @ KKH? And at 28week, are we actually able to ask the counter lady or gynae about the rough expense we will need to fork out according to our ward type etc before we decide which ward we want to go for ? (Thought of A1) #firsttimemom
