when can wean baby off BM

hello mummies, when did you wean off baby from breast milk? im exclusively pumping, LO is 7mo old and im getting to the point where im getting tired of the constant pumping and was wondering if its okay to wean off baby from breast milk at 7mo?

18months for me because it helped me with slimming and maintaining my weight lol (but do note I am a SAHM so it’s easier for me.) Anyways don’t be too hard on yourself, if you feel that pumping is taking a toll on your body mentally and physically, it’s totally okay to wean off anytime. 😊
