Hi mummies, what you will do when mentally and physically tired in motherhood? Sometimes i feel fully drained. Just dont want to do anything.

Give yourself a break. Me time like coffee/tea, dessert time. Netflix time. Kids in school. Ill be blasting music, doing cooking, chores like laundry, cleaning. Give myself an hr or two to make sure all done before fetching kids. Then if I have time nap before fetching kids. Otherwise, when kids home, shower them, dinner, playtime. Kids sleep then I sleep. Ill make sure to sleep enough. There are times when I am totally drained. Ill leave it. When I have time or I am better Ill do it. But I dont wait till a week or two to do it.

Sometimes i just lie down listen to some music. Eat ice cream or have a snack. Not everyday we need to be productive and worry about house chores or baby.
