Pigeon PPSU milk bottles difference
Hello mummies, what is the difference for these milk bottles? Yellow cover milk bottle can use up till one year. How bout the white cover? The price for the white cover is nearly twice the yellow cover price. Would like to know the difference. Thank you.
orange/yellow one is 2nd gen. the white one is 3rd gen. I emailed pigeon to ask and here's their reply in case anyone else wish to know (given that this post is a yr ago): The 2nd gen ppsu bottle's shape and form is the main differentiating factor. Also, we would like to share with you that our second gen bottles come with our 2nd generation SofTouch⢠Wide Neck nipples while the 3rd generation comes with our new and improved softest nipples that are closest to the mother's breast with the latch online that acts as a guide for parents to know if the baby has a proper latch on the nipple, mimicking the natural sucking pattern on the breast. We would also like to share that you may interchange your NEW SofTouch Nipple with the current SofTouch Nipple(2nd gen). However, The hood & screw cap of the New Pigeon SofTouch Nursing Bottle are not interchangeable with the hood or screw cap of existing Pigeon SofTouch Nursing Bottles. So remember to use the whole hood set i.e. 2nd generation hood and cap set with your new 3rd generation SofTouch⢠Wide Neck nipples if you would like to switch to the new improvised nipples.
