Any effective natural home remedies for headaches?

Hi mummies, understand that its not advisable to eat too much panadol during pregnancy but am having very bad and prolonged headaches, any effective and natural home remedies to recommend? Thanks in advance!

I used watson's cold compress. I just put it on my forehead then back of the neck.
