C-Sec recovery diet and supplements

Hi mummies. Any tips on good diet or any recommendations on supplements for faster C sec recovery? While maintaining the breastmilk supply?

Protein-rich food like meat, eggs, tofu. Vic C, zinc aids in wound recovery. I drink the redoxon effervescent tablet. Lots of rest n water too. You don't want to be constipated.
