White noise volume

Hi mummies, those using white noise be it the machine itself or from your phone. At what volume do you set? Low volume or loud ? Or just loud enough for baby to hear ?

I would usually turn on holy prayers for my baby so minimal volume that can be heard for her. It will be turn on till morning.
