If you cannot find a condo function room, may I suggest you try community club/center facilities. They are located in a central location, depending on which estate you are at and they are about 50-100sgd per hour.
I booked the HDB void deck for my son's birthday, can try to negotiate with your area's in charge to lower the deposit because it's refundable :)
how many pax are you inviting? usually a condo function room cannot accommodate more than 50 pax at a time.
About 40-50. People haven't rsvp yet, I'm sure there will be some who can't attend.
