Increase milk at 5 weeks

Hi mummies can you share tips on how to increase milk supply? My milk supply takes quite some time to replenish as my 1 month LO drinks alot. He will drink but gets very fussy after 5 mins.. #advicepls

beside latch, I pump every 3hrs After 1st month, I bottle feed instead of latch to monitor how much she drink and no of feed is double when I direct latch, I only latch her at night if she wakes up for milk my daily supply is enough to feed her and my 1st born now

try to latch as much as possible and power pump. can also take fennel and lactation cookies or tea
