Makan yg brkhasiat. Yg tinggi zat besi (ikan, sayuran hijau, ulam, jambu batu) so that hb cantik. Nt da buat buku pink akan check hb, klu hb dah cantik bagus. Pastu selain folic acid, mcm iron semua tu kena makan. Kalsium pun (klu tak boleh minum susu, beli pil kalsium)

You cut off sugar, junkfood/fastfood, caffeinated drink. Eat a healthy diet meal, drink a lot water. That would be good.
