Pillow recommendations
Hi mummies! Any pillows to recommend please? I am currently dealing with horrible neck pain that leads to headache and it's been going for a week now. Would love to hear your ideas for a better sleep please. TIA !

I'm currently using one from seahorse, the kind that has support for the neck. Chinatown branch is the largest, you can go down and take a look at which kind of pillow is preferable. I find the support to be suitable for me as I often wake up with neck aches previously
I have this problem too. It became better when i slept with a pregnancy pillow. This is the pillow Im using
