try not to bend or squat so much. my wound have slight splitting open at 2 weeks after birth. it took me about 15 months to completely don't feel a thing not even like once a while the pulling pain too. use dermatix ultra and cica sheet to help you have nice scar too
It’s been 2 months since my c sec but I can still feel the pulling pain sometimes and it still hurts a little when I sneeze. My gynae and my gp advised me not to squat. I think it will take months for the internal to heal.
no pain killer on 2nd day avoid bend, squad and carry heavy things
