Walls of both nostrils bleeding

My nose kept bleeding when I was in my second trimester too. Went to see an ENT doctor and the doctor said it is common because we need to pump blood for two people. Just monitor your baby movement if you can feel it already :) and take iron supplements if you have low blood count like me. Don’t worry!
