On and off baby movements at 22 weeks of pregnancy

Hi Mummies, Is it normal to feel baby movements on and off at 22nd week of pregnancy? There are days when I feel movements very frequently but some days I don’t feel much. First time pregnancy so this is making me worried Is this normal ? #pleasehelp #firstbaby
