Pregnancy Supplements

Hello Mummies and Mummies-to-be, Would like to know where to get Multivits, Calcium and Fish Oil for 2nd Tri onwards? I’ve been looking around but those that are on shelf have very big sized tablets that I’ll have problems swallowing. Any other recommendations? Thank you in advance! #FTM #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

Yup i also took whatever kkh gave me which is obimin & dha. Dont dare to add other supplements myself.

eat the supplement given by gynae. try to buy off the shelf urself
