Toilet visit

Hi mummies & mummies to be, I've read articles that says pregnant mummies could face constipation if not enough water etc or for whatever reason. Anyone visits the toilet even more than usual days (before pregnancy)? #firstbaby #pregnancy #advicepls #1stimemom

Not before being pregnant unless you have an infection like UTI. If you're having constipation problem, do drink a lot of fluids. Chocolate milk or soya bean also helps. I will always drink either 1 during breakfast on days that I cannot poop. Only when I have constipation problem. If no problem then I will avoid sweet drinks.

Oh yes! It may occur frequently because of our shifting hormones. There are days that I poop 2-3 times a day also
