We feed once my baby wakes up in the morning. Baby will then nap for about 2 hours. And she’s done with the nap, we will bath her. I try not to bath after feeding to avoid milk bath (spit up in the tub 😂). But do note that a hungry baby will fuss during bath time so you want to make sure that your baby is not starving.

I will give milk after bath. But if she has not been drinking enough, milk first, rest then bath. I will wait till she wake up then bath. However, usually I will check on time I don't bath her after 12pm (afternoon) or after 7pm (night)

For newborns i prefer to bathe baby before feed so tt he can slp right away aft feed.
