This was mine at 5 weeks. Still super tiny. Had to do transvaginal scan. Measurements before 8 weeks are not accurate. Now I’m 22 weeks.

Couldnt see much and doc wasnt sure if it’s a sac even. Turns out that it’s just too early! My baby is almost 4mths old now

The white dot near the top is baby, the circle ring is the yolk sac, outside the yolk sac is amniotic sac.
