LO sleep late

Hi mummies, my LO is about 3 mths and she sleeps 3-4am daily. Any ideas how do i rotate her timing? Ive tried several methods to let her differentiate day/nite but it did not work..

I think best is let her sleep morning and night more then after the afternoon let her sleep abit then when she wakes up play with her
