Hi there! Don't worry, there are plenty of snacks that your little one can enjoy even without teeth. At 9 months old, babies can start trying soft and mushy foods that are easy for them to gum. Some great options for snacks include small pieces of ripe banana, avocado, cooked sweet potato, steamed apple or pear, and small chunks of well-cooked vegetables like carrots or peas. You can also offer soft, cooked grains like oatmeal or quinoa. Just make sure to cut everything into small, manageable pieces to prevent choking. If your baby is ready for finger foods, you can also try offering small, bite-sized pieces of soft cheese, tofu, or well-cooked pasta. And of course, there are always baby-friendly puffs and melts specifically designed for little ones who are still learning to chew. As always, it's important to supervise your baby while they are eating and to introduce new foods one at a time to watch for any potential allergic reactions. Happy snacking with your little one! https://invl.io/cll6she

Its ok not to have teeth as long as baby is chewing! Steam carrots, celeries, apples for snacks. Dry snacks u find in supermarkets like might have too much sugar but there are some decent ones. NATUREALLY vege snacks are good, or dried preserved fruits Frootiful by LOVENATURE. Our favs are usually fried tempeh n butter sweetcorn as snacks. Just sharing!

My baby loves "naturallife" rice rusk - korean brand. Oval flat shape type. Its highly dissolvable so im never worried about baby choking. She ate it since 6 mths, no teeth.
