Oscar vs Paranoma Test

Hi mummies, would like to have an idea on what's the consideration whether to do Oscar or Paranoma Screening Test? I've mixed replies from close friends who did Paranoma Test: - can't wait to find out gender of baby - play safe as it's first pregnancy - (my friend is) expecting twins so bobian must do Paranoma Also, I've friends who said that Down Syndrome usually occurs in older mommy-to-be, so not to worry if I just take a simple Oscar Test. Any advise? :)
