Hi mummies, like to check your lo at 1yrs old drink milk how many times per day? My lo have cut down her milk intake to 2 times per day in the morning (240ml) when she wake up n night (220ml) before she sleep. Is it enough for her?
My son drinks once in the morning, once in the afternoon, one in the evening and 2 night feeds. He drinks a lot of milk till date. Very Fussy. So I would say if your child is having a healthy and balance diet. All is well.
