Numbness & Pain Feet on 3rd trimester

Hi mummies, last fri i felt my feet abit pain, feel like i hit something, but for i remember i am not hit anything. Turn out, start on sat night until now, my right feet become swallow & feel more pain if walk or stand too much. feel less pain if i lay down & put my feet on the bolster. I havent ask gynae, but my sis said its normal during pregnant & will be gone after deliver baby. Any advice from mummies here? Or maybe feel the same experience with me.. #1stimemom #firstbaby #pregnancy

It’s likely water retention. Elevate your feet as much as possible.. maybe try a pair of compression socks!
