Label Breastmilk time

Mummies, do you label the start time or end time you pumped on your breastmilk bags/bottles?

Ever lost 2. Blessed to be a mother of 2 princess.

If I’m freezing the milk, I just write the date (because it can keep for 2 months). If I’m putting it in the fridge, I use the start time.
