Hello Mummies!! Ima at week 9 now, and i missed having Korean Bbq, esp Kimchi! Jst to check, are we supposed to eat that??? can pregnant woman eat kimchi ?

I think you can have some as long as it’s not excessive. I had BBQ but made sure the meat is cooked through. # can pregnant woman eat kimchi
