When to hire a maid

Hello mummies, I'm thinking of hiring a maid to help take care of my LO after I deliver. May I know how many mths in advance do I have to start sourcing? And when should the maid come in?

Now you got to start sourcing and hire before you give birth not all helper will suit you.
