I also was having irregular menses and late ovulation before i conceived my son. You actually just go to any clinic to do hcg blood test from there roughly can know youre at which week. And also can try luck gg for transvaginal scan, youll probably only see a very small sac, from there also can gauge how far are you. As we cannot really rely on the last month period for gaugement. According to lmp i was supposed to be 7 weeks but i ovulated late so i was around 4/5 weeks only. Usually hospital will start scanning at 7/8 weeks cause can see a littke feotus and heartbeat

You can call up any private gynae clinics (e.g. Astra) to go for HCG blood test and they will usually do a transvaginal ultrasound scan. Usually will be able to see yolk sac by week 6/7. If they don’t spot anything yet, they will usually ask you to come back a week or two later. Blood test results for HCG usually comes a day later, roughly can gauge how many weeks too. Hope this helps!

You can just book an appointment with a gynae now! Usually there’s about 1-2 weeks waiting time too. The gynae will do a scan (probably vaginal ultrasound since you are at your early week) and advise what week you are currently at.

I went to take a blood test to confirm my pregnancy , and then I booked an appointment with a gynae at kkh which was scheduled at 6 weeks 4 days. Anytime before that won’t be able to see heartbeat.

I made appointment with polyclinic almost immediately (less than 5 weeks) as I wanted to get referral letter for subsidized route at KK. KK will then arrange the first appointment

FTM here. That time I didn’t care so much and straightaway googled for a gynae, then made appointment
