Hi mummies. Im a FTM.. spotted these small rashes on my 10 wks old baby's neck. Is this heat rash or allergic reaction? He dont seem bothered by it though. Thanks in advance!

Heat rash. Keep baby cool. And keep the area dry too. And apply moisturizer
