Sleeping wellness

Hello mummies, I’m currently week32 & have been experiencing difficulty in sleeping.. I’ve tried sleeping on my sides (left & right), elevating my head, using more pillows as support but still.. can’t seems to sleep well.. in fact I’ll feel breathless at times too.. My MCs for work is depreciating.. soon I’ll only be able to take HL in order to rest more. Can share how y’all cope with the sleepless night? Thanks thanks! #firsttimemom #firstbaby #worriedmummy

Hi Mummy, I’m 30 weeks and also having difficulty sleeping. On top of that I get up every 2-3 hours to pee. It’s extremely exhausting but I guess it’s a good training for when the baby comes and we’ll be spending the night feeding 😅 my gynae was nice enough to give me 1 week HL. So I’m taking the time to rest as much possible before I drag myself to work again.

I have a hard time sleeping too, waking up a few times and hard to go back and sleep, worse is sometimes wake up to pee and baby starts moving and protesting when I lie on my side, I just try to close my eyes and rest mentally till I fall asleep again

Nearing to third trimester you feel that way. For me during my last lap ill put cushion left right head and I sleep seating down. It helps me alot.
