Cracked and dry nipple

Hi mummies! Im currently in my 11th week and experiencing cracked and dry nipples. Is this normal? What should i do?#advicepls

Hi mummy, you can apply nipple cream every night. Mine was badly flaking, cracked and during as I enter mid trimester 2. Currently week 29, nipples smoothen out mostly thanks to the nipple cream. I’m using TMC’s nipple cream :)

Hi mama, Yes it’s normal :) You could try not soaping the nipple area in the shower - as soap tends to dry the skin out and to put moisturiser on the area.
