Hello mummies. I’m 4 months pp and i still have that belly pouch. Its so hard for me to find the right pants to wear to work. I have cut down on snacks and include light exercise but its still there. Does anyone know how i can get rid of the this belly pouch?
I used corset during my confinement but stopped as it was uncomfortable. Maybe i shld cont using or get a belly binder. Thank you for this suggestion! :)
