Pimple-like bumps

Mummies, any idea what these are, should it be a concern? It appeared yesterday. On lower eyelids. I googled and it seem like neonatal acne aka baby acne. Any mummies can firm on this or your LO has experience it?

It can be heat rash or baby acne. Newborn skin much more sensitive hence not everything like powder, moisturiser can be put on their skin. Their skin is still fresh, soft and under going hormonal process. This is because they have been in the sac for pretty long. This is common in most babies.
