hi mummies i was told that we cn start eating folic acid when we are trying to concieve, wat brand is given by KKH? tia ❤️

I just take blackmores. Not sure what kkh gave as its like prescription type. Aside from folic acid i also did monthly wet cupping (fertility hijama) which kind of regulated my period, i was able to ovulate and conceive.
