Took ciprofloxacin during first tri

Hi mommies, I was diagnosed with UTI and took ciprofloxacin as prescribed by the doctor. At the time I did not know yet of my pregnancy. I am now worried of the side effects it my cause to my baby. Doctor is saying 20% probability. ?

Okay yang si baby mo, pray lang ng pray, walang imposible kay Lord. Ako noon nagpaX-ray pa pero normal sya and it's all because of prayer. Now, 8 years old na sya.
