How to boost breast milk fast

Hello mummies, i would like to ask how do i boost my breast milk fast? As i am going to work soon and i would like to store milk at home so my baby boy able to have enough feed while i am not home. Please advise me!

eat lots of milk booster food and drink alot. pumping every 3 hour works too. but you need at least 2 weeks to a month to see the diff
