I would recommend NIPT. For my 1st pregnancy at 29, I went with OSCARS and had a false positive which was worrying! Knowing that it has a lower chance of accuracy we ended up doing NIPT too for a peace of mind and all was good thankfully. To save money and if you can afford, should just go ahead with NIPT since it has a higher accuracy despite it being more expensive.
Extended NIPT (aka Panorama) is more accurate Panorama in 1st trimester is a genetic test and is 99.9% accurate for detecting the risk of 10 genetic syndromes (broadest range) hence the price of 1.2K Did it for my first pregnancy and I was 30
My gynae wan me to take both cos I am 36 years old this year. But for my first pregnancy (29), I took both too. Second one (31) I only took Oscar.
