Hi mummies! I am just into my second trimester and I was hoping that I will have more energy and less lethargic. I couldn't focus at work and couldn't really exercise due to my energy level and discomforts :( Any mums have any idea how to regain my energy level? >_< #1stimemom #energy #exercise

same here. but just take it slow, on some days i feel super tired i dont wanna do anything at all. but the next day i'll have all the energy then i'll do whatever i can 🤭 the next day, no energy again 😅 maybe can check with ur gynae too okay?
