Hi mummies, I have been having pelvic pain for roughly 3 days now & also my feet has been swelling alot lately making it hard for me to walk because it hurts. ?
Uh oh,, for your legs, limit your intake of salt. Use compression socks. Don't stand too long stetch at a time and whenever you can, prop your legs up. Hope this helps
