baby heartbeat doppler

Hi mummies, I am currently at week 15 and I suddenly don't feel pregnant at all.. I was wondering if I should get a heartbeat Doppler while waiting for my next gyane appointment. Any side effects of the Doppler on the baby ? Anyone buy this before ?
