bleeding after walk

Hi mummies, I am currently in week 13. I have light bleeding or spotting every time after slow walking exercise for 10 to 20 minutes. Is this normal? Anyone have the same experience?

Please go A&E at KKH immediately. Any amount of bleeding at 13th week is not normal.
