Hi currently I am wk 16, can I check bleeding or spotting are normal?

pls check with your gynae. spotting is not common in the 2nd trimester. i had that before when my placenta is still low so my gynae advised me to refrain from strenuous activities and sex. take care!

With any bleeding/spotting, I would think its best to check with your gynae to see if everything's ok.. take care!

depend on how much and the coloyr. did it soak a panty liner?

No, I think I keep walking while I'm in the workplace... I have a placenta low lying issue too, but no more spotting now
