bleeding after walk

Hi mummies, I am currently in week 13. I have light bleeding or spotting every time after slow walking exercise for 10 to 20 minutes. Is this normal? Anyone have the same experience?

u need to go A&E , might be yr uterus is not strong doctor will provide u an insert medicine and also u need bedrest..
