bleeding after walk

Hi mummies, I am currently in week 13. I have light bleeding or spotting every time after slow walking exercise for 10 to 20 minutes. Is this normal? Anyone have the same experience?

sorry, bleeding in any part of the pregnancy is not normal at all. pls go to your gynae for a peace of mind.
