You will experienced it oftentimes..even when you’re not moving or just try to move a bit..a little wrong move will make you scream for pain..either you standing,walking,sitting or lying down..you will get those thigh/leg cramps..try to change your positions slowly when you’re sitting or lying..even when standing or walking, be careful with your posture and steps..
